The HoveY Challenge Rules

 The Bob “Hovey” Challenge

This seasonal/6 match max game is similar to the format of the “Hero World Challenge”.  At the end of the season, the top 3 players. with the highest Net Birdie, Net Eagle, Net Albatross, and hopefully hole in one will split the pot with a charity.  In addition to the entry fee, our sponsor Don Larson Automotive, matches the purse for each of the events during the sanctioned regular season play.    The Hovey  Challenge is only tallied through the regular tournament season and playoff play will not count towards the purse.  A player's first 6 sanctioned regular season, non-friendly matches count towards the Hovey Challenge points.

Note: The Hovey Challenge scoring and money is capped at a participant's first Six played tournament matches. 

Sponsorship Pledge 

Net Birdie - $2.50

Net Eagle - $5.00

Net Albatross - $10.00

Natural Hole in one - $25.00

Example - Player A has 2 Net Birdies and  one net Eagle in a 18 hole round.  They have scored $10.00  which will be donated to the Hovey Challenge purse by Don Larson Automotive
